Therefore, scientific stirring is needed to ensure the best performance of the steel fiber reinforced concrete, so that the index will reach and exceed the desired standard.

Put appropriate steel fiber into the sand and gravels to mix them without any water (Remember, water is forbidden at this moment.) for one or two minutes. Then add some water to mix the concrete. Do not add too much water, otherwise the steel fiber may become a lump.
