The polypropylene material as its raw material, and produced by special molding process and surface modification.
It has advantage of acid-alkali resistant, excellent tensile, high-elastic modulus, easy dispersing, convenience for construction and no damage to vehicles and pavement and no need for special conservation. Synthetic fiber can be used instead of steel fiber to enhance the crack resistance of cement concrete and significantly improve the toughness and flexural of concrete. Because of rough surface shape, it has good combination with concrete and strong bond.

★CONSTRUCTION CRAFTS
● Firstly adding the rubbles, then fibers, then sand, then stirring to fully disperse the fibers, then adding the cement and water to stir according to regular processes. After adding the fibers, the stirring time should be extended properly (about 2-3 minutes)to make the fibers fully dispersed.

● packed with water-soluble film into 40-50g for each bundle, then 5kg/carton, then 1200kg-1300kg /pallet.
When using, putting the whole carton into the concrete, the water-soluble film and paper carton will be dissolved in water.

●3kg-9kg/M3, 3kg/M3 at least, usually 5kg/M3.
